  • Shakti Yoga (30 minutes) –  12:45pm – 1:15pm
    Chair Yoga & how to keep moving even when at your desk)

  • Navatman Dance Company (30 minutes) – 1:30pm – 2:00pm
    (Dance Drama using a combination of Bhartnatyam and Navatman style of story telling)

    (Bollywood Dance Workshop)

    (Bharatnatyam Dance following the Lecture cum Demonstration format)

    (Fusion of the classical form of Kathak and Bollywood Dancing)
  • Lezim Folk Dance and Dhol Tasha Drums (35 minutes) – 3:45pm – 4:20pm
